      Choose one of your saved splits or Manual Day, then add strength or cardio exercises.

      What is Assisted mode?

      Assisted mode shows last-workout context and lightweight recommendations when matching history exists.

      Can I log cardio?

      Yes. Add a cardio exercise and enter the duration in minutes.

      Can I edit or delete logs?

      Yes. Open Logs to review workout history, then use the available edit or delete actions.
